- All refunds will be made to your Deltahotsales customer cards.
NOTE: Deltahotsales is not responsible for any third party products exchange and refunds.
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your item, or even if you’ve changed your mind, return the item to us at point of delivery or within 3 hours of purchase, preferably to the store where you made your purchase. Alternatively call our customer service centre within 3 hours of delivery to make your claims known. You are required to:
- Return the item to us preferably with your proof of purchase for an exchange or
- Make your return at delivery point after checking or within 3 hours of purchase
- Faulty or misdescribed products must be returned immediately at purchase point
- Electrical products and electrical items cannot be returned for refund or exchange without the original receipt or proof of purchase
Change of mind
If you’ve changed your mind, simply return the product in the original packaging with all components included, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase within 3 hours of purchase for exchange with the desired or available products, no refunds on this please.
- We can only accept an item on change of mind basis with the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Faulty or misdescribed items can be returned within 3 hours of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
